The Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital Medical Office Building #1 is a high-traffic facility housing the hospital's cancer center, breast center, and executive offices. The lobby needed to make a bold, innovative statement that aligned with the hospital's mission, "Design for the Future." To achieve this, we partnered with artist Tommy Moss from Georgia to create a cohesive art environment throughout the space. Together, we designed an installation spanning three walls, all visible from the entry. With simple structures and a consistent color scheme—reflected in the furniture—this collaboration between the artist and designers resulted in a sophisticated, uncluttered space that is both engaging and distinctive.
